We have consistently invested with an ESG perspective, installing photovoltaic systems in two out of three of our plants. These systems could produce about 300 kWt of renewable energy, covering 15% of the total production energy needs. Additionally, we are actively working on creating an energy community to maximize our positive environmental impact.

Another of our projects focuses on optimizing road transport to reduce CO2 emissions, while also considering rail transport. Moreover, we are evaluating the possibility of responsible waste management and the materials used in the production process, with some destined for recycling.
Our commitment to environmental sustainability goes hand in hand with our commitment to the social well-being of our employees and surrounding communities. We are proud to support numerous initiatives aimed at enhancing the external social context, promoting events and collaborations for territorial development that actively involve stakeholders. With a workforce of about 55 employees, we ensure that average age and diversity are valued, providing training on health, safety, and ESG for all employees. Employee safety remains a priority, monitored through near miss statistics and the constant attention of the company team.
